Our Booking Policy
bookings require a non-refundable deposit of 40% that goes towards your service to finalize appointment. If cancelled outside of the 24-48 hours the deposit is kept and to reschedule you will need to reschedule paying the deposit again. No refunds!
“We allow up to 1 courtesy appointment after your missed appointment. That appointment will require you to put your card on file. If that appointment is missed then we charge a $50 cancellation fee.”
